Today is mostly a Universal Studios day. This is the first American-style theme park that I visit. It is an interesting experience, and I spend most of my day in the park.

To visit in December means to be able to see the Festival of the Lights. Later, when is already dark, I visit the city hall at night to enjoy the different illumination events and exhibits. This is my last activity for the day, and my last day in Osaka.
